The Children of the American Revolution trains good citizens, develops leaders and promotes love of the United States of America and its heritage among young people.
South Carolina Reflections from the Mountains to the Sea will focus on the National and State President Projects this year. The National Project is a restoration project for the Morris Island Lighthouse in Charleston. Our State President's project will be Toys for Tamassee DAR School located in the mountains of South Carolina. The members will collect donations to purchase outdoor sports and play equipment for the children living at Tamassee DAR School.
